Ontario, Carbondale and Scranton Railway Company incorporates under the general laws of the State of New York and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and consolidate the property, rights and franchises of The Scranton and Forest City Railroad Company, Forest City and State Line Railroad Company , and The Hancock and Pennsylvania Railroad Company.
