In its early days it was known as Little's Station and was in the middle of an area that was once all farmland. At the end of East Spit Brook Road on the Nashua & Lowell Railroad this was a decent sized station for just a flag stop. With the move to bring commuter service to New Hampshire, the South Nashua site is being eyed for Nashua's station.
